Very importantly - there are two Alertacall sites. One in Kendal (Production and Assembly shifts), and one in Windermere (Call Handler shifts). Alertacall helps social housing and retirement living providers have better two-way contact with older people. We also help other higher needs groups and families too.

We do two things - 1) help to download software onto their bought in tablets and 2) do some practical things like adding stands and handles to their tablets

Parking Instructions:
Kendal onsite parking is limited. Will likely require multi-story, or find residential roads to park on near by. Please allow some extra time to find a space - often can be found down past Lidl. Similarly, Windermere parking is difficult - early bird tickets can be bought if earlier than 9 am, in Broad Street carpark. Ask us if you are unsure.
Lunch Information:
30 mins break, unpaid. No food supplied but plenty of shops nearby for both the office in Windermere, and the building in Kendal.
