You forget to clock out, but it only happens once a fortnight
The website wasn't loading, but you told us on messenger at the time, so we have a verified time of arrival or departure

We need to know if your shift was shorter than scheduled. If you were late, or decided to finish early, you must indicate that. If you were only able to do some of the proposed shift, and we arranged new start or finish times for you, please select "Yes - I had limited availability and could not do the minimum 6 hours".

Did You Work Less Than 6 Hours? (REQUIRED)

We need to know if your shift was shorter than our six hour minimum. If you were late, or decided to finish early, then you must indicate that. If you were only able to do some of the proposed shift or we offered you a shift that is shorter on than 6 hours on the rota and you accepted it, then please choose those options. We can only pay you for 6 hours if you have asked for additional tasks from the supervisor, and have reminded them that your shift should be six hours paid time. If they still say you can go home, only then you can leave early and still be paid for 6 hours.

Did You Get Permission to Start Early? (REQUIRED)

If you are clocking in more than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, then need you to secure permission from the manager at the client. If you're on time or within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, you can ignore this question.
